How Much Exercise Should I Do?


One of the most common New Year’s resolution is to start exercising more. However, it’s extremely important to know just how much you should exercise in order to achieve the body type you are working towards while keeping your body healthy. This board covers what activities and minimum about of time to be active on a daily/weekly basis, and some benefits of being active. There are also other components that’ll improve your workout, like food, that are absent from this board.
